Free In-Person Compliance Review
We send our compliance expert to visit the facility and meet with Maintenance and management to discuss the current state of the compliance records and outline a plan for any necessary improvements.

Testing Plan

Based on your facility-specific needs, we come up with a testing plan to ensure that all required testing and inspections are scheduled out for the year, and budgeting costs are applied to forecast any off-year testing, such as 5-year fire sprinkler, and 6-year extinguishers.

Budgeting is established to ensure that all the life safety testing and inspections are accounted for and projected so there are no surprises.

Post Inspection Compliance Review
We Will work with you to ensure that each test and inspection is completed on time and the paperwork is completed and appropriately filed on site.

Quarterly Check-In
Each quarter, DVS will schedule a compliance check-in to review the records and get an update on how the program is running. as well as answer any questions or make updates to current compliance changes and enforcement.
